Directions

  1. Bring apricot nectar to a rolling boil in a saucepan, remove from heat. Stir apricot-flavored gelatin into nectar until dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate until set, 8 hours to overnight. Top dessert with whipped cream about 2 hours before serving.
