Whisk teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, paprika, and garlic powder together in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook and stir garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add Brussels sprouts to garlic, sprinkle with pepper.
