Directions

  1. Beat the Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and port wine together until smooth, then pack into a crock. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

This is a very adult appetizer or snack food and great for entertaining. Try to use a good Port. I use MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar cheese. Serve with Granny Smith apples dipped in lemon juice.
