2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) package dried cheese tortellini
9 ounces broccoli florets

Directions

  1. Bring water, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, cooked chicken, onion, carrots, garlic, basil, and oregano to a boil in a large pot. Add tortellini and reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 30 minutes. Stir broccoli into soup mixture and continue to simmer until broccoli is tender, about 5 minutes more.
