Directions

  1. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Bring water to a boil. Add potatoes, cover, and steam until just fork tender, about 10 minutes or longer, depending on the size of the potatoes.

  2. Transfer potatoes to a bowl. Add parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, toss to coat.

  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes to the hot oil. Cook, shaking the skillet occasionally, until potatoes are browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
