Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place croissant cubes in a medium mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and toss to evenly coat. Stir in Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Spread croissant cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
