Directions

  1. Preheat a griddle over low heat.

  2. Spread 2 tablespoons fig jelly on a tortilla, place on the griddle. Top with half the jalapenos and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, cover with a tortilla. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Repeat for second quesadilla.
