Mix Worcestershire sauce, oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, oregano, and salt together in a bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup in the refrigerator. Place steak(s) in the remaining marinade and refrigerate 3 to 24 hours, discard used marinade when ready to cook. Brush reserved marinade onto steaks while cooking.
