1 cup cooked pinto beans
1 cup cooked corn
½ red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup chopped fresh chives
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup chopped red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, black beans, pinto beans, corn, red pepper, chives, parsley, red onion, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix together well.
