⅓ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup honey
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and halved
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Combine lime juice, honey, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large resealable baggie and add chicken breasts. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour to overnight.

  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
