Directions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling. Lower heat to medium-low, add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and chili powder. Cook and stir milk mixture until chocolate is dissolved, 5 to 10 minutes.
