Directions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and chili powder, cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8 minutes. Stir in mango puree, lime juice, sugar, lime zest, salt, and pepper, bring to a boil.
