¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1 (3 pound) pork tenderloin

Directions

  1. Combine maple syrup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Place pork in a zip-top bag and pour in marinade, coating well. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours, to overnight.

  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

  4. Remove pork and place on the preheated grill, discard excess marinade. Grill until pork is slightly pink in the center, about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

  5. Transfer pork to a plate and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
