Place tea bags and mint sprigs into a large pitcher. Pour in boiling water, steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint, before discarding, squeeze excess tea back into pitcher. Stir in sugar until dissolved, add orange juice and lemon juice. Pour in cold water and rum. Refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight.
