1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
3 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O®
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup hot water
¼ cup poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, gelatin and pudding mix. Blend in eggs, oil and hot water, stir until mixture is smooth. Fold in poppy seeds. Pour into prepared loaf pan.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Remove bread from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
