Directions

  1. Twist open sandwich cookies and scrape out cream filling, discard. Crush cookies.

  2. Beat butter and cream cheese together in a bowl using an electric mixer. Beat in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Fold in crushed cookies.

This frosting goes very well on my cookies 'n cream cupcakes. I sold these at a local soccer game and they were a big hit!
