Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl mix chicken soup and mushroom soup with water, whisk well. Place pork chops in a large baking dish. Arrange potatoes on top, then pour soup mixture over entire dish. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
